Help - Should I Run?
Map Page
The first tab shows all the Adelaide Metro Stops on a map.
Tapping on a Stop will reveal its details. From here you can tap again to view the live Arrivals, or long tap to add the Stop to your favourites.
Favourited Stops will fill with colour on the map.
Stops Page
All your favourited Stops will show on this tab. If GPS is available a rough, as the crow flies, distance is shown on the far right; this is used to sort the list. For the top four Stops the next arrival will be shown on the bottom. Tapping any Stop will open the live Arrivals page.
To remove a Stop simply swipe left.
You can rename a favourited Stop by long tapping.
The new name will be shown on the Stops tab, the Map and the live Arrivals page.
Arrivals Page
Shows real-time Arrivals for a Stop. The list automatically updates, so you don’t have to do anything! If the position data of the bus, train or tram is less than a few minutes old the GPS icon will be shown in the top right. The fleet number and operator is shown in the bottom right if available. This information comes directly from Adelaide Metro, I’m at it’s mercy, sometimes buses disappear into the ether.
You can favourite/unfavourite the Stop by tapping the ❤. Tapping on the Stop name will launch the Adelaide Metro website and navigate to their live arrivals page.
The wheelchair icon indicates whether the vehicle is accessible.
Regular Routes
Regular Routes is a way to prioritise the routes that you travel regularly. To setup your routes go to the Regular Routes page via the Settings tab.
To select a route simply tap on it. The vehicle icon will change from black to green (bus), blue (train) or red (tram). Your routes will also appear at the top of the list.
Your routes will be highlighted in the Arrivals page by the coloured vehicle icon, other routes will fade slightly into the background.
Regular Routes will also be given priority as the Arrival that appears on the Stops tabs.
You can also hide all other routes via a switch on the Settings page.
